Do you have any experience in providing catering service?

Party Food has a rich experience in providing catering services for various companies, factories, industrial plants, hospitals, kindergartens and schools.

The company offers complete catering services tailored towards the specific requirements of each client, core business activities and working conditions of staff, which include:

  • Providing integrated nutrition services, food supply and production and delivery of hot meals for the employees of an enterprise, and other persons working or residing on its territory.
  • Delivery of food that is processed and ready-to-consume to stands and shops. Construction and management of various retail outlets (dining rooms, canteens, coffee shops, supermarkets) and provision of food vouchers under the regulations of Ordinance № 7 of 09.07.2003, valid in these outlets.
  • Production and provision of free food to employees of different enterprises under the regulations of Ordinance № 11 of 21.12.2005
  • Other activities related to the delivery of the integrated feeding service.

Do you serve enterprises with the right of Free Preventive Food, under regulation of Ordinance № 11 of 21.12.2005?

Ordinance № 11 of 21.12.2005 regulates the conditions and procedures for providing free food and/or supplements there to.

Party Food has signed contracts to provide free food, under the regulations of Ordinance № 11 of 21.12.2005 to the staff of Maritsa Iztok Mining Ltd, Kozloduy Nuclear Power Plant, Mondi Packaging Stamboliiski Ltd, Multipurpose Hospital for Active Treatment "Dr. Dimitar Pavlovich" – in the town of Svishtov.

What kind of catering services does Party Food provide?

Depending on the specific requirements, number of employees and type of feeding, which are requested by each client, Party Food provides the following catering services:

  • Overall management of the "integrated feeding" process - from planning the food, supplying it, cutting and storing it to cooking the food on site and the construction and management of commercial sites on various companies’ territory.
  • Delivery of food and food products that are processed and ready-to-consume.
  • Other services related to "integrated feeding" and food supply.

Under what criteria do you create a menu?

The dietician, in cooperation with the customer, develops each menu for Party Food’s customers considering the specific working conditions and specific needs according to age, health and daily workload of staff. What is of paramount importance in the preparation of a menu is its energy value, food composition and taste.

What is a food voucher?

Food vouchers are a kind of social benefit and may be used as payment for the purchase of prepared food, food products and soft drinks. The limit of the monthly amount is set at 60 BGN under the Corporate Income Tax, which is given to the employees of a company separately from their monthly salary. Food vouchers are economically efficient both as expenses for the employer and as a benefit for the employees because they are exempt from tax and social security obligations for both parties.

How many types of food vouchers are there?

Vouchers that employers provide to their employees can be:

  • Food voucher - workers and employees choose how to feed themselves in the commercial network of outlets, serving the food vouchers;
  • Free of charge food voucher (under the regulations of Ordinance № 11 of 21.12.2005) - provides free of charge food and/or supplements to workers under specific conditions and nature of work (for example, exposure to harmful agents, high noise level, specific temperature conditions, indoor work, night shifts, etc.).
  • Gift and bonus voucher - they are provided for further motivation and as a performance reward.

Do you release / take food vouchers?

Party Food works together with the food voucher operators, accepts all types of food vouchers, and assists its clients to work with them. The company does not distribute food vouchers.

What is Card Payments Service like?

The service "Card Payments" refers to cases in which payments are not made in cash, but by a card which identifies the account holder.

In case the customer has chosen Party Food to carry out the overall organization of the catering service for its staff, it has the opportunity to introduce a non-cash payment system. This system allows, under the regulations of Ordinance № 11 of 21.12.2005, to "load" free of charge food and/or supplements in an individual card for each employee. The cards can be used in the commercial outlets built by the company.

How do you carry out food transportation to the point of delivery?

Special vehicles - vans and refrigerator trucks holding certificates of IHE for food transportation, do food transportation from the kitchen to the place of its consumption. To maintain the quality of the cooked meals during its transportation from the parent - kitchens to the divisions of distribution, Party Food uses special heat saving boxes that maintain the optimal temperature of each dish. There the food is protected from possible contamination, while maintaining its organoleptic and microbiological qualities.

What is the minimum term under the contract for the supply of food and food products?

The deadline for signing a catering service providing contract depends on the number of employees to be fed, as well as on the location and remoteness of the company or organization for whose employees the service will be provided from the Party Food parent - kitchens.
